Rajat Jain is the Vice President and Global Head for Identity and Authentication Strategy at American Express. In this role, he is responsible for deploying solutions for all products to manage fraud risk at onboarding and at all customer touchpoints to prevent unauthorized access. Prior to his current role, he was the Vice President and Global Head of FraudModelling. He has extensive experience analyzing and deploying a range of machine learning solutions to advance fraud detection. Rajat has been with American Express since 2001 and began specializing in Fraud Risk Management in 2009. Before joining American Express, Rajatspent three years at Citibank in the Financial Control function. He holds an MBA in financial management from Pace University, New York, and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from StevensInstitute of Technology, New Jersey.
