Asher Kotz, is an International Business Investment Manager, Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA.) He leads the outreach marketing teams to Israel and India; and he directly supports companies’ growth in Northern Virginia. In addition, Asher manages the FCEDA’s business outreach program to the cybersecurity ecosystem.

Among Asher’s key achievements in his role, was to manage the initiatives to work with teams of Air India, United Airline, and the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) to establish direct flight services from Delhi (2017), and Tel Aviv (2019) to Washington Dulles International airport.

Before joining FCEDA, Asher was based in Silicon Valley for 13 years. He worked at various technology and cybersecurity startup and established companies. He served as the director of U.S. business development for Israeli company, Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd. Mr. Kotz has earned an MBA from SFSU, and a B.A. in Political Science from Tel Aviv University.
