The 2003 Cyber Protection Team (CPT) was established August 1, 2023 at Coast Guard Island as the third CPT command held by Coast Guard Cyber Command (CGCYBER). 2003 CPT is the first CPT geographically detached unit from CGCYBER and will receive full operational capability certification by United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) in Spring 2024.

Featured Guest at the Nov. 8, 2023 event is Lt. Cmdr Kenneth Miltenberger, 2003 CPT’s commanding officer.
